Evening Care Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a diligent and dependable Evening Care Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position operates remotely, primarily during evening hours, ensuring smooth operations while our caregivers attend to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor caregiver arrivals and ongoing evening shifts in real time
• Respond swiftly to caregiver communications via text, chat, and phone
• Manage unexpected caregiver absences by sourcing replacement coverage
• Maintain professional communications with caregivers and clients concerning schedule changes
• Adhere to established escalation protocols for urgent situations
• Send confirmations for next-day shifts and follow up on pending replies
• Encourage caregivers to complete visit documentation before shift end
• Accurately record all activities in the customer relationship management system
• Prepare clear handoffs for the morning operations team

Candidate Profile

• Highly reliable with prompt responsiveness
• Ability to remain calm and multitask effectively under pressure
• Comfortable making decisions within defined guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong and professional written communication skills across texts and emails
• Adaptable to learning and utilizing multiple technology platforms
• Capable of working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

• Background in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, dispatch, hospitality, or customer service
• Experience coordinating schedules or managing urgent, time-sensitive tasks
• Previous exposure to remote working environments is advantageous

Work Schedule

• Monday through Saturday
• Evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Total of 25 hours per week
• Fully remote role
