Role Overview
Mind Masala is looking for a part-time ESG Analyst to work remotely and help strengthen the organisation’s environmental, social, and governance approach. The position centres on reviewing ESG practices, interpreting relevant information, and turning findings into practical guidance for better decision-making.
What You Will Do
- Study ESG standards, reporting approaches, and recognised frameworks relevant to the business.
- Gather, organise, and analyse data related to environmental, social, and governance performance.
- Build short reports and dashboards that help guide internal decisions.
- Track ESG developments and sustainability trends within the eCommerce space.
- Review how company activities affect sustainability and social responsibility, then suggest improvements to policies and processes.
- Work with teams across the business to weave ESG priorities into strategy, procurement, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Help prepare internal communication materials and documentation covering ESG goals, metrics, and results.
What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of ESG and sustainability, including environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices.
- Strong research and analytical ability, with experience handling both quantitative and qualitative information.
- Ability to translate findings into practical recommendations and useful insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time setup while managing priorities in a fast-moving eCommerce environment.
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability, finance, economics, business, or similar areas through study or work; experience in eCommerce or digital businesses is an advantage.
