ERP Techno-Functional Finance Consultant - Oracle EBS (Arabic Required)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned ERP Techno-Functional Finance Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time position requires a professional skilled in Oracle Financial modules, technical development, business process evaluation, and full lifecycle ERP projects including implementation, enhancement, and support. Fluency in Arabic is essential.

Key Duties

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive functional analyses, solution designs, and gap analysis reports.
• Advocate for business process improvements and reengineering.
• Customize, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Create technical solutions utilizing Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Workflow/AME.
• Estimate development efforts and project timelines for updates and new functionalities.
• Design and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and manage deployment in production environments.
• Provide application development per functional and technical design documents.
• Deliver daily operational support and maintenance for Oracle Financial applications.
• Resolve production issues and liaise with Oracle Support through Service Requests.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation including technical specifications and user guides.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and offer ongoing post-deployment support.
• Collaborate effectively with functional teams, business users, and technology specialists to ensure project success.

Professional Skills

• Expertise in Oracle EBS Release 12 Financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, iSupplier, and Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in Oracle development tools: Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper, Workflow, Approval Management Engine (AME), and Oracle APEX.
• Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Experience customizing Oracle applications, developing enhancements, and integrating modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle System Administration is advantageous.
• Well-versed in ERP deployment strategies and business process automation.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or closely related discipline.
• A minimum of eight years in Oracle EBS application development and techno-functional consultancy.
• Preferred certifications include Oracle Financial Development or Oracle Financial Track Certification.
• Proven track record in Oracle ERP Financial implementation and support projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic language is compulsory.
• At least eight years of relevant Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Finance experience.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financial modules and development tools.
• Proficient in delivering user training, production support, and engaging stakeholders.
