This platform aggregates bank accounts, KiwiSaver, shares, cryptocurrencies, and property holdings, along with employer and advisor relationships — all without commissions or product bias. Built on secure Open Banking technology, user credentials never touch the servers. Dashr aims to democratize financial education, offering transparency, personalization, and free access to a holistic financial overview and actionable goal setting.

Role Overview

This equity-only, co-founder-level position focuses on propelling Dashr into its next growth phase. The primary responsibility will be launching and managing the pilot program in partnership with New Zealand employers. This role involves hands-on leadership through every stage of the pilot and significant strategic input for Dashr’s future.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead employer pilot initiatives from initial contact through live deployment.
• Construct financial strategies, including modeling and capital runway planning.
• Manage investor relationships and steer upcoming fundraising rounds.
• Leverage finance industry connections to secure capital, partnerships, and customers.
• Participate in strategic decision-making beyond financial aspects.

Candidate Profile

• Currently engaged or well-connected within New Zealand’s financial services, investing, banking, or wealth management sectors.
• Familiarity or status as a wholesale or eligible investor under the Financial Markets Conduct Act, or network access to such investors.
• Passion for personal finance and early-stage investment ecosystems.
• Thrives amid the uncertainty and rapid pace characteristic of startups.
• Aligned with Dashr’s principles of empowering users, promoting transparency, and eschewing sales-driven agendas.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven finance, investment, or wealth management experience in New Zealand.
• Active networks including employer contacts, HR or People teams, or benefits providers willing to be engaged.
• Comfortable accepting equity as sole compensation initially.
• Dedicated founder-level engagement rather than a part-time commitment.

Compensation and Ownership

This is an equity-only position at present with no direct salary. Equity allocation and vesting arrangements are negotiable based upon contributions and responsibilities undertaken.
