Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment-related issues to maintain optimal equipment performance metrics such as utilization and availability.
• Establish and manage maintenance programs ensuring continuous production operation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting equipment safety, performance enhancement, loss reduction, and cost savings.
• Collaborate with equipment and automation vendors to implement automated machine and material handling systems.
• Lead or contribute to equipment benchmarking exercises and the definition of Tools of Record.
• Engage in cross-functional teams focused on meeting production yield, quality, and cost objectives.
• Manage new equipment installation, production releases, including validation and training activities.
• Provide 24x7 manufacturing support to maximize equipment uptime and fulfill weekly production goals.
• Partner with process engineers to support new manufacturing processes and applications.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes ensuring compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate at all organizational levels.
• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience within the semiconductor sector is advantageous.
• Interest and foundational knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron’s operations is preferred.
