Environmental Field Consultant

Qualifications

• Possess a university degree with an excellent academic record.
• Demonstrate exceptional capabilities in analytical thinking and quantitative problem-solving.
• Have the aptitude to collaborate efficiently within a team setting.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, both in spoken and written English as well as the office’s local language(s).
• Maintain a strong track record of academic, managerial, or professional accomplishments.
• Show evidence of leadership roles in academic, professional, or extracurricular environments.
• Exhibit the ability to engage effectively with individuals at varying organizational levels.
• Be willing and able to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate in teams of 3 to 5 consultants, actively participating in each phase of client engagements. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, developing and testing hypotheses, and crafting recommendations. Additionally, you'll present findings to client management and work jointly with client teams to implement solutions.

Junior Associates will benefit from comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and mentoring from team members. Support includes assignment of a Partner mentor from the local office for career guidance, participation in up to five weeks of formal training during the initial years, and assistance from the local office in selecting suitable client projects to enhance skill development and expand professional networks.

Consultants typically start with a broad focus, without requiring pre-existing industry or functional expertise. Those joining with prior experience may either leverage existing knowledge or acquire new niche expertise.
