Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Create and refine recurring and on-demand financial reports, dashboards, and analyses offering actionable insights for business units and leadership.
Evaluate financial outcomes, trace core performance drivers, and present results through clear and impactful reports and presentations.
Condense large data volumes into compelling business narratives that aid strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to address intricate business questions, often with minimal guidance or partial information.
Leverage data-driven projections to pinpoint emerging risks, opportunities, and trends influencing financial results.
Examine variances, determine root causes, quantify effects, and forecast implications.

Preferred Qualifications

0 to 2 years' experience in finance-related analysis, reporting, business analytics, accounting, or consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude enabling extraction of insights from complex datasets.
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with financial models, reporting platforms, or business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities suited for diverse audiences.
Natural curiosity and proactive mindset toward detecting trends and resolving business challenges.
Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and perform well in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

Compensation and Policies

The annual salary range is from 52,800 to 80,475 USD, dependent on experience and credentials.
