English Faculty (Grades 3rd to 5th)

Role Overview

This position is for an English faculty member teaching students in Grades 3 to 5 at GD Goenka International School, Ahmedabad. The role focuses on delivering strong subject knowledge along with a student-centered, competency-based learning experience aligned with CBSE and NEP expectations.

Teaching Approach

The teacher will design and conduct lessons that are engaging, inquiry-led, and supported by modern classroom technology. The emphasis is on helping young learners build language skills through interactive and meaningful classroom practice.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to teach English through well-planned lessons, track learner progress carefully, and provide support where students need additional help. The role also involves using assessment data, maintaining academic records, and offering remedial guidance to strengthen outcomes.

Curriculum and Instruction

Lessons should reflect CBSE and NEP guidelines and make use of innovative teaching methods, including ICT tools, to improve understanding and participation.

Assessment and Support

Regular evaluation of student performance, maintenance of records, and follow-up support for learners who need remediation are important parts of the job.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.A. in English and a B.Ed. in English.

Compensation

The offered salary range is INR 3,50,000 to INR 5,50,000 per year.
