Role Overview

We are inviting recent diploma holders in engineering to join as Trainee Engineers, providing an excellent platform for practical learning and skill enhancement in a professional setting. The role focuses on immersing trainees in various engineering functions, fostering growth through direct involvement and mentorship.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in engineering operations, including maintenance and project-related tasks.
Apply engineering concepts along with company procedures and safety norms.
Work alongside senior engineers to aid in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Participate in activities such as inspections, product testing, accurate record keeping, and reporting.
Collaborate effectively with different teams to meet project milestones and operational goals.
Engage in continuous learning through training sessions to develop both technical and professional skills.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Must hold a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
Basic familiarity with engineering software tools and Microsoft Office.
Adaptable and willing to learn within a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Chennai, with opportunities also in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Guwahati. It offers a structured training program, mentoring support, and hands-on exposure, ideal for launching a career in engineering.

Note: This is suitable for fresh diploma graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.

Compensation

The trainee role offers a monthly stipend ranging between 10,000 and 15,000 INR.
