- Help boost participants’ confidence by highlighting their strengths and supporting them through employment challenges.
- Create innovative solutions to employment barriers, ensuring participants receive appropriate tools and support.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace modifications to foster equitable employment environments.
- Celebrate every success with participants, recognizing both major milestones and small achievements.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
