Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with disabilities in preparing for, securing, and sustaining meaningful employment.
• Help boost participants’ confidence by highlighting their strengths and supporting them through employment challenges.
• Create innovative solutions to employment barriers, ensuring participants receive appropriate tools and support.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace modifications to foster equitable employment environments.
• Celebrate every success with participants, recognizing both major milestones and small achievements.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
