Emergency Response Flight Paramedic

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a Flight Paramedic to be a critical member of our air transport team in Denver, CO. This role involves the secure and efficient movement of patients between medical facilities and emergency sites, ensuring high-quality advanced life support throughout.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support care during patient transfers via air transport.
• Maintain and complete accurate electronic patient care documentation.
• Conduct daily inspections and checks of medical and flight equipment to ensure readiness.
• Participate actively in pre-departure and post-mission briefings to coordinate operations and safety.
• Assist with aircraft operations as necessary, ensuring all safety and procedural standards are met.
• Fulfill licensure and certification requirements, maintaining professional compliance throughout.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience working in 911 emergency response or critical care settings.
• Current EMT-Paramedic (EMT-P) license is mandatory.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required.
• Must obtain Flight Paramedic certification within 24 months of employment.
• Preferred qualifications include instructor-level certifications and the NREMT-P credential.
