Overview
Teleperformance is seeking candidates for the role of Email Support Executive based in Hebbal, Bengaluru. The position involves managing email-based customer service, requiring strong English language skills and a minimum of six months' experience specifically in email customer support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues through email communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by accurately understanding and responding to email requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th-grade education qualification or higher.
- At least six months of prior experience in customer support, specifically within an email handling process.
- Proficient English comprehension capabilities to interact effectively with customers.
Working Hours and Conditions
- Male candidates have shifts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Female candidates have shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Cab transportation is not provided.
Compensation
The offered salary is ₹25,000 cost to company (CTC), with a take-home pay of ₹20,000 per month.
