Role Summary

The Educator position plays a vital role in the organization’s achievements by delivering outstanding customer service within retail stores. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests promptly to ensure exceptional experiences while respecting their time.
• Assess customer needs to tailor purchase or return solutions effectively.

• Ensure smooth guest transactions and implement relevant omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store and phone sales.
• Move actively on the store floor to continuously engage guests and address store requirements.

Job Requirements and Conditions

• Must possess legal authorization to work in Ireland and provide valid proof of right to work.
• Applicants should be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
• Flexible availability is required, including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in bright lighting and with background music.
• Capable of moving throughout the store for most of the shift.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 pounds (13.6 kg).
• Prepared to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is considered an asset but not mandatory.
