Job Overview

This role involves supporting warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, with a central duty of transporting items to and from client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect equipment and supplies at various client sites.
• Assist with daily distribution and processing of reports and correspondence under the guidance of the Manager or Warehouse Coordinator.
• Help maintain and update logs tracking equipment and products.
• Input purchase order and virtual shipment details accurately into the system.
• Ensure precise inventory records and documentation for assigned stock.
• Support order preparation by pulling inventory, pre-fabrication tasks, and staging items on project pallets.
• Organize and oversee maintenance of equipment along with proper documentation.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, within and outside the company.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with colleagues, clients, and employees at all organizational levels.
• Customer-service oriented with good client communication abilities.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• At minimum a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience with shipping and receiving services like UPS and FedEx; familiarity with international shipping preferred.
• Capability and certification to operate forklifts internally.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a driving record compliant with company standards.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The workplace primarily consists of a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure during work hours. Reasonable accommodations can be made for employees with disabilities.
