Monitor the effectiveness of training plans, foster continuous learning cultures, and guide timely performance management processes with store leaders.
  • Ensure operational excellence and collaboration by maintaining readiness for labor relations and emergency response, participating in district meetings, coordinating with HR Service Center for accurate staffing and records, and applying AI-enabled HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve associate experience and performance.
