Role Overview

We are recruiting District Coordinators to aid the deployment of our educational programme in government schools located in Nabarangpur and Keonjhar districts of Odisha. This full-time, onsite role demands close coordination with education officials, school leadership, and teachers to foster programme adoption, lead training sessions, oversee implementation progress, and enhance student learning achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the rollout of the Khan Academy programme at the district level.
• Organize and conduct training and orientation sessions for teachers.
• Establish and maintain effective collaborations with district education authorities, headmasters, and teaching staff.
• Schedule and execute recurrent visits to designated schools to monitor the programme's progress.
• Analyze platform usage data to identify and address gaps in implementation.
• Gather and report programme-related data and insights to the central team.
• Keep detailed records of trainings, school visits, and engagement with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve on-ground operational challenges.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within government school ecosystems.
• Fluency in Odia and English languages.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
• Capability in data analysis and accurate documentation of programme developments.
• Demonstrated organisational talent alongside problem-solving prowess.
• Willingness and ability to undertake regular travel across the assigned district areas.
• A passionate commitment to advancing education quality and student learning outcomes.
