About the Role
Go Neal Logistics Inc., a transportation company founded in 2018, is hiring an experienced Dry Van Dispatcher for its Skopje team in North Macedonia. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day fleet activity and ensuring shipments move smoothly and on schedule.
Working Schedule
This is a Monday-to-Friday position with working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, which corresponds to 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM CET.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the daily operation of 5 to 7 trucks that are assigned exclusively to you, effectively managing them as your own small fleet.
- Plan and coordinate truck pickups and deliveries to keep transportation running on time.
- Stay in regular contact with drivers, giving instructions, responding to concerns, and sharing schedule updates.
- Use Samsara to monitor truck movement and shipment progress, and step in quickly when issues arise.
- Keep shipment records, driver logs, and other operational documents accurate and up to date in the TMS.
- Work with internal teams to improve workflow and solve operational problems.
- Follow all applicable regulations and company procedures at all times.
What the Employer Is Looking For
The ideal candidate should already have at least 1 year of experience in truck dispatching or a related logistics position. The role calls for strong organization, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, clear verbal and written communication, and confidence working under pressure in a fast-moving on-site setting. Familiarity with dispatch tools and Microsoft Office is expected, and knowledge of transport rules and safety standards is an added advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
