Job Description
We are seeking a skilled full-time dispatcher to join our office team in Niš. This role involves managing daily and weekly route planning in collaboration with drivers, organizing dispatch for 4-6 trucks, and maintaining communication with brokers to pre-arrange deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop daily and weekly routing plans together with drivers.
- Coordinate and dispatch 4–6 trucks efficiently.
- Liaise with brokers to negotiate and schedule trips in advance.
- Monitor trucks en route and support drivers to ensure timely and safe loading and unloading.
- Handle operational challenges promptly to sustain a high-quality service level.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in US trucking dispatching.
- Thorough understanding of the US transport market.
- Proficiency with GPS and tracking systems.
- Professional-level English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
