Role Overview

This position reports to the Operations Manager and is part of ABB’s Electrification business within the Distribution Solutions division in Nashik, India. The role focuses on warehouse handling of parts, semi-finished goods, and finished products, including movement to and from the production line.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and place materials into storage according to the required guidelines.
Carry out routine warehouse tasks by following standard operating procedures.
Select stock components for dispatch and complete pallet packing of finished goods.
Move boxes and support other warehouse activities involving collection, storage, and material movement.
Coordinate dispatch and inward/outward shipment processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery execution.
Work with customers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to keep deliveries running smoothly.
Perform finished goods stock counts and keep inventory records accurate.
Ensure packing, loading, dispatch, and 5S warehouse practices are followed properly.

Qualifications

A full-time bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration is required.
Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in dispatch management and inward/outward shipment handling.
