Role Overview

The business is looking for a dispatch rider who is dependable, quick on deliveries, and motivated to grow a career in logistics. This role involves handling pickups and deliveries, completing trips efficiently, and supporting smooth day-to-day courier operations.

Key Duties

• Collect and deliver items through the mobile app-based workflow.
• Accept assigned trips and complete them within the expected time.
• Navigate Lagos using Google Maps and other route guidance tools.
• Process customer payments through POS or bank transfer.
• Keep the motorcycle in good condition through daily upkeep.
• Share delivery status and progress updates clearly with the team or customers.
• Observe road safety practices and comply with traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, punctual, and focused on results.
• Valid rider’s licence is required.
• Own a smartphone for app use and communication.
• Strong familiarity with Lagos roads and routes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly pay is between ₦240,000 and ₦280,000.
• Daily transport assistance of up to ₦3,000.
