What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely within the team to support operational and culinary excellence.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
• Maintain order and cleanliness within the dish room and related equipment areas.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards as outlined by regulatory agencies.
• Contribute to a professional, safe, and upbeat kitchen atmosphere.
• Support efforts to promote sales and customer service success through teamwork.

Role Requirements

• Frequently lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
• Regularly perform activities involving bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Remain standing during your entire shift consistently.
• Safely operate equipment including hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other tools essential for the job.
• Work scheduled shifts according to business demands.
