Role Overview
The Director of Retail Operations is responsible for managing store operations throughout the designated region. This position ensures that operational procedures maintain the highest standards of excellence, compliance, uniformity, and efficiency across all retail locations while simultaneously elevating the customer experience.
Key Collaborations and Responsibilities
This role works closely with multiple departments including Retail, Technology, Logistics, Inventory Control, Legal, Loss Prevention, and Merchandising to boost productivity, refine operational processes, and enhance overall business outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising regional operations teams, executing strategic programs such as Retail Excellence initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance, facilitating new store launches and refurbishments, as well as advancing omnichannel strategies and process optimizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess over a decade of leadership experience in retail operations and store management. They should demonstrate strong capabilities in managing teams and overseeing projects, confirmed success in bolstering operational performance, and extensive experience collaborating cross-functionally within a sophisticated retail environment.
