Position Summary

We are seeking a Director of Marketing based at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role offers hybrid work flexibility, requiring approximately 50% onsite presence monthly. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual marketing planning process and assist leadership in crafting a three-year strategic roadmap for McCormick and Club House brands.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $140,610 to $253,080, determined by factors including location, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. This role is eligible for participation in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus, Sales Incentive Bonus, and Dividend Programs.
