Compensation and Location
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals in New Gloucester, Maine, with pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience. Paid training is provided at the regular hourly rate. Additional hourly pay is available for candidates possessing a satisfactory driver's license and an active CRMA credential.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Exhibit a dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude.
Experience working with personal care or supporting individuals on the autism spectrum is an advantage but not mandatory.
Work Schedule and Locations
Full-time opportunities are primarily for New Gloucester location, with part-time positions available in both New Gloucester and Gray, Maine. Training sessions and required meetings take place in Androscoggin County. Work shifts mainly cover second shift and evening hours.
