Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a Diligence Analyst to join our team at Raksha Elite Solutions located in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role requires immediate to short notice availability, preferably with a notice period of 15 to 20 days or less. Candidates from across India are welcome, with a willingness to relocate. The position involves working 2 to 3 days per week in the office, supporting Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review Third-Party Due Diligence Questionnaires to evaluate vendor risk.
- Assess vendors' resilience and operational risks effectively.
- Identify any control deficiencies and recommend appropriate remedial measures.
- Work collaboratively with Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and TPRM teams.
- Create dashboards, compile reports, and present risk metrics to leadership stakeholders.
Desired Expertise and Background
- Over 8 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 5 years specializing in relevant domains.
- Practical exposure to Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence Questionnaires, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Vendor and Supplier Risk Assessment.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, control gap analysis, regulatory compliance, governance, remediation tracking, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
- Previously worked in IT services, IT consulting, BFSI, banking and financial services, Big 4 firms or risk advisory, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
Additional Information
The role is based primarily in Hyderabad with some presence expected in Pune. The company highly prefers professionals who can start immediately or with minimal notice. Applicants should submit an updated resume to be contacted by the recruitment team.
