About the Role
Join Snoonu in Lusail, Qatar as a Digital Transformation Lead, where you'll play a key role in enhancing technology and business processes to drive innovation. You will evaluate existing IT infrastructure, identify areas for digital improvements, and create strategies to guide the company through impactful digital changes aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate current technological frameworks and business workflows to find opportunities for digital improvement.
- Perform comprehensive analysis to determine required digital upgrades and address any gaps.
- Design and execute strategic plans for digital transformation ensuring they meet organizational objectives.
- Supervise the integration of emerging technologies into operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams throughout digital initiatives to achieve set goals effectively and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure digital strategies support overall business aims.
- Incorporate technical, cultural, organizational, and financial elements into transformation efforts to foster a flexible business environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in digital transformation within IT or similar domains.
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or Technology Management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and feasibility study development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and experience managing complex digital projects.
