Digital Print Expert

Job Overview

This role is responsible for adhering to quality standards in the print department by processing customer orders efficiently and precisely to enhance profitability and deliver excellent service. The Digital Print Expert handles production from the initial order phase through to final completion based on customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out production tasks including accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, with strong attention to detail and adherence to production protocols such as setup, quality checks, and finishing.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely and precise completion of all print orders.
• Ensure assigned print jobs are delivered punctually while maintaining high accuracy standards.
• Operate all store printing equipment safely and properly, promptly notifying management of any maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following all company safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions to management.

Qualifications

• Between 1 to 2 years of experience in a print production setting.
• High school education in progress or successfully completed is preferred.

Additional Information

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft software is advantageous.
• Technical skills and knowledge in operating print and finishing machinery are required.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and engage professionally.
