Overview
We are seeking a commercially focused performance marketer to join a renowned strategic brand agency working with prestigious organizations across New Zealand and Australia. If you excel at merging creative concepts with tangible results and are prepared to lead performance marketing for a portfolio of premium client accounts at a senior level, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of paid and organic performance for a diverse client portfolio in intricate B2B and healthcare markets.
- Lead campaign strategy formulation, budget oversight, and optimization across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, and paid social channels.
- Create, refine, and oversee multi-channel paid media campaigns to drive impactful outcomes.
- Develop campaigns that yield measurable engagement and commercial growth metrics.
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communications.
- Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) attribution frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to generate high-performing campaign assets.
- Maintain awareness of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous agency experience specializing in paid media or digital performance marketing is essential.
- Proficient hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in attribution modelling and client-focused reporting.
- Experience within complex B2B, professional services, or healthcare sectors highly preferred.
- Commercially savvy, focusing on delivering ROI and pipeline contributions beyond just reach and impressions.
