About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team in Damodar Nagar, Barra, Kanpur. This is a full-time position where you will deliver comprehensive training on various digital marketing modules to students and professionals, fostering practical skills through hands-on projects and assignments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions covering SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing including Facebook and Instagram ads, email marketing, content marketing, and YouTube marketing.
- Help learners build practical expertise by guiding them through live projects and assignments.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and refresh training materials accordingly.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and hold doubt-clearing sessions for students.
- Organize workshops and webinars as needed to enhance learning experiences.
- Support students with interview preparation and assist in placement activities.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Expertise in SEO including on-page and off-page techniques.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Google Ads across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping formats.
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media optimization and management strategies.
- Skilled in content strategy and marketing tactics.
- Handling email automation tools effectively.
- Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools.
- Understanding of WordPress and basic website management.
Education and Eligibility
- A graduate in any discipline is eligible; a preference will be given to candidates with marketing backgrounds.
- Possession of digital marketing certifications, particularly from Google, is favorable.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities in English and Hindi are required.

- Work location is strictly onsite at the Damodar Nagar, Barra area in Kanpur.
