Role Overview
The institute seeks a committed Digital Marketing Trainer to lead offline teaching programs at its Smileganj, Ayodhya Road center. This role combines classroom instruction with active management and optimization of live digital marketing campaigns — including Google Ads and Instagram lead generation — as well as overseeing DigiTrend’s social media platforms and website. It is tailored for individuals passionate about teaching and possessing extensive campaign management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging offline training sessions covering the AI-Powered Digital Marketing curriculum across weekdays, with 2-hour daily classes.
- Develop and update a practical curriculum featuring SEO, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics 4, AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini), and current market trends.
- Design live campaign simulations, client projects, case studies, assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects to build job-ready competencies among students.
- Provide ongoing doubt clearance, personal mentorship, career guidance, and support for internships and placements.
- Strategize, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads for course admissions and workshops.
- Manage ad budget, targeting, creatives, and bidding to meet monthly enrollment goals with strong returns on investment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS, providing weekly reports to management.
- Undertake continuous A/B tests on creatives, copies, and landing pages to enhance lead quality and reduce costs.
- Oversee DigiTrend’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), including content strategy, engagement, and organic lead generation.
- Maintain and regularly update the website content using CMS, incorporating SEO best practices.
- Create marketing materials including ad creatives, copywriting, email campaigns, and collateral using Canva, with Adobe Suite skills considered advantageous.
- Ensure consistent branding and prompt responses across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain daily and weekly trackers for class progress, student feedback, lead metrics, advertising performance, social media growth, and website analytics.
- Work alongside the Director on institutional promotions, workshops, webinars, and business growth activities.
- Keep abreast of changes in digital platforms, emerging AI marketing tools, and industry best practices, integrating them into training and campaigns.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, IT, or allied fields.
- Experience: Minimum two years hands-on digital marketing experience including Google Ads and Meta Ads; at least one year in training or facilitation roles. Prior exposure within ed-tech or training sectors is highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert use of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, SEO tools, Canva, and working knowledge of CMS/WordPress. Familiarity with AI marketing tools is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Effective communicator with strong presentation and classroom facilitation capabilities; capable of simplifying complex concepts in both Hindi and English; excellent writing skills for content and advertisements.
- Attributes: Data-driven and target-oriented mindset, creative approach, adaptable to multitasking roles in a growing organization, and a genuine passion for educating and supporting students.
- Preferred Extras: Experience managing lead-generation campaigns for educational products, basic video editing for social media reels, and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive fixed salary ranging between INR 225000 to 300000 annually, with additional incentive bonuses linked to lead generation success and student enrollment.
