About the Position
Plex Group of Companies invites creative and motivated individuals to join as Digital Marketing Interns in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This full-time internship spans 3 to 6 months depending on performance, providing hands-on training in various facets of digital marketing such as SEO, social media, paid advertising, and campaign oversight, all under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Produce engaging social media, blog, and website content.
- Manage scheduling and posting on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Participate in SEO activities including keyword research and on-page enhancements.
- Assist in launching and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Track website traffic and campaign outcomes via Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Generate leads through digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to develop creative promotional materials.
- Conduct analysis of competitors and market trends.
- Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, BCA, B.Com, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
- Strong enthusiasm for digital marketing; freshers encouraged to apply.
- Digital Marketing certification is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Good communication and content writing capabilities.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Creative, analytical thinker with eagerness to learn new marketing technologies.
