Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and fine-tune digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Oversee social media profiles and develop engaging content aimed at boosting brand awareness.
- Implement SEO strategies and continually monitor website metrics to enhance online presence.
- Create visual marketing collateral such as social media creatives and banners using Canva or similar graphic design applications.
- Produce and edit short promotional videos, reels, and other advertising content utilizing video editing software.
- Regularly assess campaign outcomes, interpret analytics, and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads platforms, SEO techniques, and social media marketing.
- Skilled in graphic design using Canva and video editing tools.
- Experience working with Google Analytics and similar marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication abilities combined with creativity and strong analytical thinking.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduation in any field is mandatory.
- Additional certification in digital marketing is beneficial but not essential.
- Preference given to candidates having backgrounds in Fintech, NBFCs, BFSI, or the Loan Industry sector.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 25,000.
