About the Role
As the Digital Lead at AMP New Zealand, you will head a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to creating, tailoring, and integrating advanced digital wealth management solutions. Your primary focus will be AMP's mobile application, customer portal, and overall digital user experiences. This role involves hands-on software engineering combined with high-level technical leadership to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and customer-oriented digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic insight and collaborate across teams to guide business and technical directions.
- Lead the design, construction, and troubleshooting of mobile applications, particularly through Flutter development.
- Guide team members on best practices in software engineering and solution architecture.
- Utilize SCRUM and Agile methodologies to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
- Ensure secure and scalable integration between mobile apps and APIs.
- Challenge existing processes to drive lasting improvements and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with product owners, technology teams, and stakeholders.
- Drive successful execution of mission-critical projects with dedication and passion.
