Key Responsibilities

• Interpret UX concepts not as rigid templates but as creative starting points, bringing your own ideas to life while grounding designs in the corporate identity.
• Contribute original ideas beyond execution, critically evaluating briefs and delivering comprehensive design solutions with conceptual depth.
• Commit to deeply understanding and shaping a single website over time, championing long-term impact rather than jumping between projects.
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers, web designers, and external agencies as part of our website team dedicated to turning our site into a significant growth driver.
• Translate UX strategies into visually compelling, conversion-focused designs, making independent creative decisions that exceed basic requirements.
• Evolve the corporate design within the website to maintain a consistent and powerful brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Design, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record with conversion-driven projects, preferably in technology or e-commerce sectors.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with CMS and e-commerce platforms; strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Highly organized with a strong ambition to drive website growth and improvement.
