About the role

Revolut’s design team focuses on combining creativity with careful attention to detail, ensuring the company’s products continue to meet and exceed customer expectations. The Brand team is hiring an experienced Digital Designer to help present its range of products to audiences across the world and strengthen engagement.

What you’ll do

Create a clearer, more consistent brand experience by reinforcing brand identity through product design.
Design for a variety of digital touchpoints, including app and web experiences.
Bring fresh ideas, creative direction, and new opportunities for communicating the brand to target audiences.
Use an iterative, test-and-learn mindset to develop concepts while building a better understanding of customer behaviour.
Work closely with Brand Designers to broaden the design portfolio and keep it innovative.
Protect brand standards by making sure all design work is high quality and aligned with the brand.

What you need

Background in product design, supported by a portfolio that shows how brand elements were integrated into digital products.
Ability to build consistent, scalable design systems and adapt them across teams while incorporating feedback to improve outcomes.
Strong collaboration skills to connect creative and product teams around shared goals.
Practical problem-solving ability to spot process gaps and help resolve them.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfort handling design questions, managing feedback, and making design resources easy to access.
Current knowledge of digital design standards, along with responsive design and usability principles.

Nice to have

Ability to use data to guide creative choices.
Experience working with app-first brands.
Experience with animation.
