Job overview

Secret Sales is hiring a Digital Designer to produce engaging digital assets and oversee content across multiple fashion websites. This position combines creative visual design with practical website content management, with a strong focus on keeping everything polished, current, accurate, and consistent with the brand.

Design content

Create visual assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and wider marketing materials.
Develop campaign ideas that support marketing and commercial objectives while staying within brand guidelines.
Partner with relevant stakeholders to build campaign creatives.

Content management

Maintain and refresh website content through a CMS.
Upload, prepare, and format creative files for publishing.
Check content for correctness, consistency, accessibility, and overall quality.
Organise digital assets and keep schedules structured.

Website and digital support

Support website improvements, landing page updates, and user experience enhancements.
Carry out quality checks and confirm content works properly across different devices.
Use SEO-friendly content practices when optimising pages.

Collaboration and administration

Work closely with the marketing, product, tech, and trade teams.
Handle several priorities at once and deliver work to deadline.
Keep documentation and digital content workflows up to date.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate should bring proven digital design experience, strong skills in Figma and Canva, and practical experience managing content in a CMS. A working knowledge of HTML and CSS is required, along with a sound understanding of web design fundamentals and user experience. Strong accuracy, organisation, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects are also important.
