You will partner with digital consultants, engineers, and specialists to implement cutting-edge agentic AI technologies that improve efficiency and outcomes across the enterprise.

Role Details

Your responsibilities span from understanding existing workflows, reimagining them, to the direct construction of AI agents using modern platforms such as Copilot and Claude. You will own the full lifecycle of AI agent development — from eliciting expert knowledge, designing interactions, coding agent behaviors, to iterative testing and refinement. Furthermore, building AI capabilities within teams is crucial to ensure long-term independence in AI agent management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, enthusiasm for AI behavior and capabilities, and effective communication abilities. Comfort with uncertain scenarios, independent work, and challenging established methods — even at senior stakeholder levels — is essential. You will translate complex business operations into actionable AI solutions by engaging with teams, questioning assumptions, and delivering clear results.

Experience and Skills Required

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, digital delivery, or process improvement
• Direct practical involvement with AI tools or automation tech, including model interaction, prompt engineering, or low/no-code AI platforms
• Ability to understand AI model behavior through experimentation and hypothesis testing
• Proficiency in eliciting and structuring tacit expert knowledge without needing to be the domain expert
• Strong problem-solving aptitude to dissect complex workflows and find enhancement opportunities
• Confidence in stakeholder engagement and relationship building at multiple organizational levels
• Clear communication skills to convey technical ideas pragmatically
• Adaptability to ambiguity, self-motivated learning, and eagerness to experiment with new tools
