About the Role
LiL Nomsters is a Dubai-based kids-only cloud kitchen, founded by a parent with parents in mind. The kitchen focuses on freshly prepared meals, snacks, and desserts for children, using quality ingredients and home-style cooking. Every item is made from scratch with care, and the team is now hiring a Dessert Chef / Baker to help prepare appealing treats for young customers.
Work Location and Schedule
This position is based in Dubai Production City, Dubai. It is a full-time onsite role with a 6-day work week.
Key Duties
The selected candidate will prepare and bake a wide range of sweet items, maintain product quality, and support day-to-day kitchen production.
Additional Notes
This role supports production for school lunchboxes, birthday celebrations, catering orders, and seasonal collections. Candidates should be comfortable in a startup setting where flexibility, teamwork, and a practical hands-on approach matter. A PIC (Person In Charge) certification is considered an added advantage.
