Role Overview

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Executive Chef by preparing appetizers, meats, and vegetables for main courses. Your responsibilities include ensuring the attractive presentation of dishes and providing customers with high-quality food in an efficient, timely manner. Additionally, you will assist in selecting and training new kitchen staff members, uphold strict health and safety standards, and maintain high cleanliness levels both personally and in the kitchen environment. The position requires the ability to work productively under pressure.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or a formal culinary qualification
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Demi Chef in hotels or restaurants
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Dedicated to teamwork and providing exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail to ensure operational excellence
