Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for designated hospital clusters ensuring data currency and reliability.
- Analyze consumption trends, detect anomalies, and escalate any supply risks promptly to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the Demand Planning Manager by providing replenishment recommendations to assist procurement functions.
- Collaborate closely with cluster coordinators to validate and confirm on-the-ground demand indicators.
- Produce regular reports measuring forecast accuracy and key performance indicators relevant to planning.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of demand planning models, templates, and analytical tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or inventory control.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or other planning software systems.
- Exhibit keen analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- A background in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred for this role.
- Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic language skills being advantageous.
