Job Overview
We are seeking diligent and trustworthy Delivery Executives to join our team. The core responsibility is to ensure timely and secure delivery of customer orders while maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure punctual pickup and delivery of parcels to customers.
- Maintain the condition of parcels to avoid any damage during transit.
- Engage courteously and professionally with customers during deliveries.
- Use the delivery application efficiently to update order status in real-time.
- Collect Cash on Delivery payments accurately from customers.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Must own and operate a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter with a valid driving license.
- Possess an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Documents needed: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, valid Driving License along with Registration Certificate (RC), and Bank Account details.
- Good familiarity with local routes and competency in using Google Maps for navigation.
