Shift Details
- Opening shifts start at 10:00 AM and typically end between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM
- Rush shifts begin around 4:00 or 5:00 PM and continue until dinner rush ends between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM
- Closing shifts start around 4:30 or 5:30 PM and last until after closing hours, roughly 1:00 or 2:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 2:00 or 3:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays
- Store closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders promptly to customers
- Offer outstanding customer service to create positive experiences
- Accurately assemble and securely package orders for delivery
- Verify the quality and condition of products before delivery
- Ensure delivery vehicle is safe and operational prior to shifts
- Accept orders via phone or web platforms
- Prepare and package food items according to company standards
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers during delivery routes
Candidate Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Own a reliable car for deliveries
- Maintain valid car insurance with the applicant listed as a driver
- Have a clean driving record and at least two years of driving history, including permit time
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Demonstrate consistent work history and ability to meet company compliance standards (MVR, DOT, CSA, and criminal background)
- Experience transporting food or beverages is advantageous
- Physical ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds
- Skill in safely maneuvering vehicles in tight and heavy traffic conditions
