Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging candidates using internal databases, LinkedIn, and various platforms.
• Making numerous outbound calls to build rapport and qualify candidates.
• Developing strong relationships to become a trusted advisor to candidates.
• Screening candidates to ensure fit for live vacancies in sectors like Utilities, Data Centres, and Renewable Energy.
• Managing candidate relations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Staying informed about the industry markets to maintain sector expertise.
• Handling compliance tasks including right-to-work verification and other candidate documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and updated records within the CRM system.
• Working towards defined KPIs and delivery targets.

Candidate Profile

We value performance over prior recruitment experience. Ideal candidates come from telesales, sales (B2B or B2C), estate agency, account management, or any role with a strong focus on targets and KPIs. Successful candidates will be:
