Main Duties

• Collect orders from designated restaurants or partner stores.
• Complete timely deliveries to customers as per estimated schedules.
• Utilize the Swiggy Delivery Partner application for accepting and managing delivery tasks.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and prioritize safe driving at all times.
• Safeguard food packages and items during transport to avoid damage or leakage.
• Provide polite and professional interaction with customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery data using the app.

Applicant Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driving license for two-wheelers where applicable.
• Own a two-wheeler or bicycle, depending on location rules.
• Have access to a smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Basic familiarity with local area routes and navigation tools.
• Necessary documentation including Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account for onboarding.
