Candidate Profile

• Prior knowledge of HACCP standards is a plus but not mandatory.

• Genuine enthusiasm for food and the ability to engage and motivate customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Uphold Centra’s brand values: Pride, Energy, Creativity, and Community Focus.
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders involving fresh food preparation such as assembling sandwiches and rolls, cooking hot dishes, and slicing meats following strict portion control guidelines.
• Cook, prepare, and artfully present food items throughout operating hours.
• Maintain impeccable standards in the appearance and cleanliness of the fresh food counters all day long.
• Share a passion for quality food by offering customers insights, recipe ideas, and personal recommendations.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to store policies.

Additional Information

The position is based at Centra Fingerboard, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland, and involves flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

This opportunity is not suitable for students attending college.
