Job Overview

This full-time position at Centra in Roscommon entails preparing high-quality hot and cold deli items, ensuring customer satisfaction remains the top priority.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders across all fresh food sections, including making sandwiches and rolls, cooking hot food, and slicing meats with portion control.
• Cook, prepare, and arrange foods available throughout the day for display.
• Maintain counter displays in fresh food departments to the highest standard consistently.
• Express enthusiasm for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes, and recommendations with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, adhering to store policies.

Candidate Profile

• HACCP training is preferable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication capabilities.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Team player able to work effectively in fast-paced settings while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Passionate about food and capable of inspiring customers.
