About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with a minimum of three years' applied experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, particularly focused on complex business problem-solving within demand planning and forecasting domains. The role requires expertise in deploying solutions within Google Cloud Platform environments, which is highly valued.
This position supports a global supply chain transformation consultancy engaged in a lengthy client partnership based in Norfolk, Virginia. The hired professional will actively contribute to an ambitious enterprise-wide AI and data modernization initiative, notably working on a pioneering demand planning product.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Leverage 3+ years of data science experience to deliver effective demand planning models.
- Apply advanced machine learning and AI techniques to forecast demand accurately.
