Position Summary

This full-time position operates on the first shift starting at 4:45 AM and requires a detail-oriented individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a positive "can do" attitude. The role involves procedural adherence and teamwork to support production.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and validate department HACCP paperwork to ensure compliance.
• Record key stages of the batch production process from initiation to completion.
• Support setup activities for the packing line.
• Input all recipes into the production database management system.
• Identify and report issues related to yields and bottlenecks to leads and coordinators.
• Provide additional assistance to production operations when necessary.
• Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) equipment as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Between one to three months of relevant experience or training is desirable.
