Role Overview
This remote, full-time Data Analyst position involves converting raw data into actionable insights that aid business decision-making. The analyst will be tasked with gathering, cleaning, and validating data from diverse sources, constructing dashboards and reports, as well as analyzing trends and patterns to support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine data requirements and translate business questions into analytical methods.
- Create dashboards and reports that clearly communicate findings.
- Analyze data trends and patterns for strategic insights.
- Improve data quality and document analysis methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analytics.
- Solid grounding in statistics relevant to data interpretation and hypothesis testing.
- Data modeling expertise for designing and maintaining structured datasets.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
