Key Responsibilities
- Embed within client and internal processes to ensure data-led insights influence AI agent analysis and decision-making effectively
- Develop tailored, timely data reports and visual presentations delivering expert evaluations to both internal teams and clients
- Respond swiftly and proficiently to data inquiries, communicating complex results clearly and consistently to diverse audiences
- Collaborate closely with management and peers to continuously improve data models and agent capabilities
Qualifications and Experience
- Recent graduate or entry-level professional with up to 2 years experience in data analysis or related technical fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to elucidate data trends to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis techniques, and understanding of AI and machine learning logical frameworks
- Desirable: prior internship or project involvement in data analysis, technical support, or research roles within tech or AI-centric organizations
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into practical and understandable insights
- Familiarity with programming in Python or R, data modeling, and database querying using SQL is advantageous
